Return Policy


At Al Shaden we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact our customer service team at Support@alshaden.net within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you.


Returns will only be accepted for items that are unworn unwashed unaltered and with all original tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns on items that have been damaged by the customer such as through improper washing or wear.


If you receive the wrong item please contact us immediately and we will exchange the item for the correct one. The replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost. However we do not offer refunds for items that have been delivered correctly but are later found to be unwanted or unsuitable.


Please note that we cannot guarantee that a replacement item will be available in the exact same color or size as the original item but we will do our best to find a suitable alternative.
